Any idea who the owner of this TOPAZ is?

Check folder called "Topazspeed" in photo section at Bolgergroups to
see 2 pictures of Topaz at speed that Bolger just sent me to
reassure me that I don't need huge amounts of horsepower for
reasonable performance and economy for the craft that he's in the
process of custom designing for me.Apparently he's very busy, with a
large workload so my design, which is based around the"Snow Leopard"
study/model plans from "BWAOM" will take quite a while to finish,
but I'm in no real hurry as I'm going to help my brother build a
Bolger-Basset Design#443 "Blackbird" 23'4" x 7'8" Outboard Cruiser
as a joint effort project in the meantime, just as soon as we hear
back from Bolger about the cost of the plans.
The new design he's working on for me is called "Silver Blaze" and
is 26' x 6'6" (developed from Snow Leopard idea)She'll be powered by
about 100-130HPCompact Car engine with no or minimal through hull
fittings with a dry exhaust and radiator cooling.Top speed should
easily exceed 30+ Knots.Bolger assures me that she'll (Silver Blaze)
will look elegant from standstill to Top speed, plane very level and
make virtually no wake at fast displacement speeds. She's to be built
(eventually) with easy trailering in mind so there will be a few
Bolger innovations/adaptions to the drive line and prop to
facilitate this and make beaching possible, unlike a normal inboard
runabout with conventional fixed shaft strut. She's basically what
you'd call a Torpedo Stern(Double ended Planing Hull) Fast Motor
Launch.Bolger has a fairly free reign with this design,I just
specified that she be based closely on the "Snow Leopard" model and
be no longer than 26' and somehow be "Beachable" without damaging
the propeller and shaft.
