The 20' design (Wish?) is available in a couple of different forms.
It has a sharpie-type sprit main rather than the gaff, which some
might prefer.

Check the Bolger book, 30 Odd Boats. There you will find a full
description of the Otter II as well as the building process. I know a
person who built the Otter II. Not very difficult. Just a larger
Instant Boat. A bit expensive considering the amount of materials, but
still a sweet little ship.
