Re: [bolger] Re: larger plywood?

YES! Find an older yard used to dealing with contractors and construction
firms. Find the oldest guy in the shop and have him help you. Asking at the
larger chains is totally useless. The yard I dealt with in Tennessee even
delivered to my back door for free!

Go to a local lumber yard, NOT ONE OF THE LARGE CHAINS.
Find the sales rep who visits constructions sites and orders for
local contractors. He/she will usually know how to find what you
need. The counter or yard staff may, but, in my experience, are
less likely to.

once upon a time one could go to the building supply and buy pingpong
table sized sheets of plywood. being a lazy person, i would much like
to find some of this or other larger plywood to mak a little bit
larger 2 sheet bottom. any ideas where larger ply might be found.
