RE: [bolger] Re: O'Banion's Tahiti
Yes, I read that, and I think the article said it should be finished in
about a year, which would be about now. --FrankB

Frank,
PCB&F posted an update in Messing About in Boats within the last 12
months. It still was on land but the hull was substantially complete.

Sue,
Its a good thing you came clean! Otherwise I would have been forced
to blow the whistle.
By the way, when you were in Windsprint and Bruce (the owner of the
Windsprint you were sailing) and I were in AF3 Cream Cheese was the
first time Cream Cheese has ever sailed in company. And Bruce had
never seen his boat from outside. It's was an interesting comparison
of rigs and hulls.

Correct you are, congradulations are in order. I too wish I would
have had more time to mingle. I did manage to spend sometime by the
docks sat aftenoon and sunday evening with Guillaume(my six year old)
who got to ride in that wonderfull AF3(while he waits for dad to
start/finish his AF4.
again thanks to all those involved

I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not Mr. O'Banion has finished his

We've both been dropped into the Rideau Canal. :-) I think I managed
to take the prize for Most Inept Handling Of A Windsprint for the
weekend by capsizing while still tied up to the dock with the sail

What a great weekend, and what a great job Bruce and Elaine did in
organizing it. My only regret is that we got there late enough to
have missed some of the folks who left on Saturday, and it would have
been helpful to have cloned myself in order to have had enough time to
hang out with everyone and try out all of the boats that I managed to
miss (AF3, Piccup, many others).
Even better: my partner no longer rolls her eyes at the number of
boats that we have lying around, and is now after me to build more --
and wants to get involved herself. I forsee a matched pair of
hers-and-hers Mouseboats in our future, among other things. (Hmm, and
if we designed them to mate up, we could have a 16' two-seater
swampboat that breaks down into two mice for transport or for poking
around different bits of water. Infinite Modular Mouse, anyone?)

utter triumph, and we can't wait until next year!
