I had a letter recently from Bolger in reply to a letter I sent him about the progress of a design he's in the process of drawing for me.
He said that he'd been very busy lately and was behind schedule on his design work as he'd had "extra curriculas" to deal with!-whatever they were??!!.
Maybe he just hadn't enough time to do an article for the September issue of MAIB from what he said in the letter.

Just got my Sept.15 copy of MAIB today,(the mail is slow to the
West Coast), and there's NO BOLGER ON DESIGN!!! Did I miss something
