Bolgerados,
Just got off the phone with Bruce Hector aka,Le Mouton Noir de
Kingston,Le Baron de Kingston,TIMS mastermind,boatswain Bruce,small
aircraft carrier designer, the King of Kingston Messabouts, connesseur
of various malts, sniffer of cheeses, fermenter of something passing
for wine, leader of the un-subscribed 6,protector of military
monuments, instigator of fun,Bolger fan and all around nice fellow and
I can safely report that he has not been called back to the
mothership for a tune-up.Nor has he been kidnapped by a band of
roving gypsies and forced to dance for his supper.Indeed, he is up to
his ears in work with RUSTCHECK and judging by the brevity of the
call,he ain't kiddin' either! He hopes to be back some time around
the Christmas holiday period to stir up some fun :-)
Thought ya'all might like to know........

Sincerely,

Peter Lenihan, keeper of the "flame of madness" while Bruce is
away, from along the shores of the St.Lawrence..........

Rust? I vaguely recall the stuff. Every once and a while I find a lost
tool laying out in the yard that my kid 'borrowed' sometime over the
previous week. My initial reaction (being New England raised) is always
"if it's gone rusty, someone's gonna pay". Thing is, with our low
humidity, stuff just doesn't really rust here in the summertime ...

Cooling off here from recent spell of 100+ F down to a downright chilly
87F. With the threat of RAIN on Friday! Haven't seen that since
April.........

I'll go with Ricks suggestion that he is indeed up to his short-n-
curlies in "pink oil" aka; RUSTCHECK juice! Based on his info, autumn
is in fact the best time to get rust treatment. I can't vouch for the
stuff regarding cars since my tool-box-on-wheels is too far gone for
any help the pink oil may offer but I did spray the stuff all over my
collection of clamps, hand saws and planes and WOW!.....not a speck-o-
rust anywhere despite living in the trunk of my car,a lesson I
learned the hard way last spring when I had to sand lots of rust off
my tools after they wintered in the trunk :-(

My guess is he's up to his armpits in anti rust chemicals dreaming about
the end of his business "fall rush" while plotting a winter escape to
the lands of liquid waters...
