Construction started, and another question.
I've started construction (or perpetrated construction depending on
your point of view :o)) on a Light Scooner. Since it is presently too
cold in the garage for either fingers or epoxy to work, I plan on
making sub-assemblies such as frames and spars this winter. Hopefully
come spring I will have made a scooner "kit" and can start on a hull.
I have a question for those with scooner experiance. Just how do you
seal off the motorwell? How practical is the motor and well
arrangment in actual use? Tim Fatchen's comment on his website is, I
think, "Sadistic".
