Phil's Iceboat plans?
I don't have "Boats With an Open Mind", and just found out that there
is a sketch of an enclosed iceboat in it. I see there is also an
iceboat described by Phil in a 1987 SBJ cartoon. Does anyone have
pics or links to pics of these (this?) design?
