Duckworks CD's

Reading Poor Peter the Pirates sad tail concerning big man/little
boat I was reminded that I wanted to thank Chuck and Sandra Leinweber
personally for one great Christmas present. That was the CD's I
ordered from them. They arrived all the way up here to the frozen
wastelands of Saskatchewan post haste from Texas - just a few days
after I ordered them myself - since Santa isn't too happy with me.

Who's says snail mail is a waste of time!

What does that have to do with Peter you ask? Well the first article
I read and thuroughly enjoyed was his 24 page ripping tale about his
epic voyage from Lachine Quebec to Lake Champlain a distance of over
two hours by car, but took him three days by Micro.

The excitment and building suspense, and poignant romance held me
spellbound and breathless as characters and threats - ranging from
Russian "cruise missles" to formidable lock keepers horrible herds of
smelly bovines and lacksadasical border guards brought back the
nostaligic days of freeborn pirates roving the International
boundaries unfettered up until 9/11.

Oh and did I mention romance? Ah yes - our hero does capture the fair
maidens heart in the end - but you really should get the CD and
relive the fantastic voyage of Peter the Pirate yourself:-)

Merry Christmass Everyone,

Nels, (Who still has the thrill of reading how Peter installed his
lead keel:-)
