The boats dimensions are given as,39',6" X 19'6". He confesses to
never having sailed a proa(at that time) and appears to defer to Dick
Newick regarding much about proas.

Yup,it's in the Folding Schooner,pg 91,design number 217.
The boats dimensions are given as,39',6" X 19'6". He confesses to
never having sailed a proa(at that time) and appears to defer to Dick
Newick regarding much about proas.
Sincerely,
the other Peter
There is a proa design in one of PCB's first two books. I'm pretty
sure it was in The Folding Schooner. I don't know that one was ever
built, and I think that PCB has has a lot of different ideas about
proa foils and rigs since. It was pretty long, but without looking it
up, I can't say how big.
Peter
sure it was in The Folding Schooner. I don't know that one was ever
built, and I think that PCB has has a lot of different ideas about
proa foils and rigs since. It was pretty long, but without looking it
up, I can't say how big.

Todd
P.S. AWSOME boat shed.... wish I had the space to buid a boat shed.
Although I'd probably get taxed if it even resemble a boat.
