who put together "IBB", Jeff Hull, who Chuck calls a "boat dreamer",
had a "Surf", and there were other contributors on it too, including
Mr Bolger.
Jim Michalack contributed an informative peice on his then new
Bolger "Jinni", concluding by issuing a challenge to Jeff Hull to
write the definitive piece on "Surf". I'm not sure if Jeff
responded, but that piece may be out there....

nice as this boat is, there seems to be little discussion on it. My
