Re: Gloucester '04
I sent Phil and Susanne a fax asking about their preferred dates, but
haven't heard back yet. I'm not sure the fax went through so if I
don't hear from them in the next week, I'll re-send and also mail it.
Stuart,
If it's a go this year, can you help with the Gloucester side of
things like arranging for a beach or park?
Thanks,
Frank

I'd love to go! An I know a few people who would love to come too!
I can provide free webspace if needed, Let me know...
Someone mentioned about maybe a big BBQ... That would be fantastic!
Let's make it a clambake!
Anything after Labor Day will most likely be 1/2 as cheap...
Just my 2 cents worth...

For those who weren't monitoring the list at the time, I am referring
to last September when Phil and Susanne mentioned their interest in
having a get together of bolger boats:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bolger/message/30916
(It took me quite a while to even find this message). At the time, I
created a poll (click on the "Polls" button on the left side bar of
yahoo groups). 44 people said they would participate. That's a big
group, especially if everyone brings a boat.
I just fired off a fax to find out whether they are still interested
and whether or not a date has been set and whether someone is already
planning it. If not, I asked them to propose a date or list of
possible dates.

what is the date(s)?
I just read a book on codfish (yes really - its called "Cod" and it's
pretty interesting) and that's got me thinking of our possible Bolger
messabout. Anything happening on that? If no one has stepped forward
yet, I'll volunteer to help, including arranging a date, recording
RSVP's and making a website. But I'm a bit far away to arrange the
facilities.
