I kind of doubt it. Most modern antifouling paints are based on copper. The
previous poster may be confused copper with TBT-based (tributyl tin)
antifouling, which has been outlawed but for large seagoing ships that spend
very little time in one port.

Question? ... Is copper sheeting still allowed as antifouling? (I thought
it's been outlawed), ... or was outlawed in Europe only.
