Sure. Make sure you spread the glue evenly and very thinly, and clamp the
pieces well overnight.

It bonds to just about anything. I cannot imagine it not working with
MDO. FWIW, Elmer's has a PU glue now and it's considerably less
expensive than Gorilla.
