3 sheets for the side panels.

No more than 12 for the bottom (double 1/2"), probably more like 8.

Maybe 20 overall, counting mistakes and miscuts.

Lexan is less costly than I would have thought, about $60/4'xi8' sheet.

Build one for me while you're at it!
