read the Bolger group email is with Google's email, [beta], which has
*much* better engineering than the Yahoo group email. GMail has the
default feature of 'threading' email, and hiding the 'un-snipped' text
in the threads. GMail's threading and snippage hiding features makes
the Yahoo group digest emails pathetically laughable.
Also, the GMail email has the benefit of using Google's search engine
for finding that 'needle in a haystack' in your old email, and they give
you a gigabyte of 'free' storage.
Yeah, Google serves you up some advertising, but it is unobtrusive text
in the right margin only, and is amazingly context sensitive, often
'just what you were lookng for'.
A stark contract with Yahoo's obtrusive blinking and flashing
broadcast adverts.
GMail is still in beta testing, "by invitation only", but invitations presently
sell on ebay for about $7.50. Eventually it will be 'free' I understand.

I especially love it when 3 or 4 people even repeat the error . . . and
send THEIR entire Digest !!
