Lobster boat design # 258 ' Hope'

Has anyone built one of these and if so, how does it perform?
I,m a new member from Newcastle, Australia, & a mate who is a wooden
boatbuilder in Brisbane has built a couple for customers, one who
wanted a cabin & changed from outboard to inboard after the hull was
completed!...major surgery, but it turned out well...have pics
available.
I'm curious to see how many were made & how they perform before
deciding if it's the design for me.
