Think 31' high speed forklift. with crew shooting overboard at
eachturn.
think ofthe acceleration during a gybe. the designyou drew is like
the a mark 1 car design.that was built and crashed on its first trial
run whilst avoiding a passing horse.

How do the stern wheels fail?
I imagined that by canting the axis of the
headtube for the steering fork backwards,
[to be parallel to the aftward rake of the stern]
the gravity force on the wheel would
self-center it. Besides, I imagined that
steering the FS with the tiller seemed
natural.

from prior years?

front. trust me on this.. If the landsailing regatta goes ahead next
week I'll post you a photo of my new yacht "Pigs Might Fly". she's a
bit of a Micro on wheels.
