Judge for yourself, here are pictures of my
long shaft, which I measure as 28" from
top of transom board to center of propellor.

It looks to me that there is more than enough
bury to the prop, and that a short shaft might
not be a failure.

Did we ever decide what was the best for a micor?
Fixin' to get one real soon and to measure, it seems that a reg. shaft
would work fine. Plus the extra cost of a long shaft make the reg one
that much more appealing.....
Put it this way...has anyone used a reg. shaft outboard on thier micro?
