Re: Bolger "Perfect Skiff"

Hi Paul
Thanks for the offer, but if I decide to build this boat - or even
decide that I want to decide - I'm way too impatiant to wait till
next summer.

I'm interested in the Perfect Skiff. I wouln't be starting construction until late next summer, so that would work for me.

Peter,

As I mentioned earlier, I have a set of plans for this boat and have
no intention of ever building it. The hitch is that I am in Davis, CA,
the plans are in Washington, NH and I most likely won't be in NH until
next summer sometime. However, if time is not of the essence and you
will build this boat I will give you the plans. I make the same offer
to anyone else who is interested.

Thanks, Rob
Thanks for the tip. I'm pretty away of the Michalak boats, having
built his AF3 and piragua designs. What I prefer in the Bolger
skiff, as opposed to Wooboo, is the sharpie hull, the decking and the
low, sleek profile. They do seem similar in terms of capacity, and,
I'm guessing, speed, but there's just something about the Bolger
design that calls out to me. Anybody want to buy and AF3? All
reasonable offers considered and promptly accepted! (I love my boat,
but I'm clean out of building space)

Pete,

In case you are interested, Jim Michalak also designed a boat for the
Perfect skiff contest. ("Woobo" on the Duckworks site) I have not
spent any time comparing, but at first glance the Bolger and Michalak
designs look similar.

Pete,

Go to:

http://www.hallman.org/bolger/

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you will see how to
contact the designer. He, or now the PB&F partnership, will be able
to quote you a price for the plans.

Hi guys
I'm interested in finding plans for the Bolger "Perfect Skiff." Saw
the pics in the files section here. CSD obviously no longer carries
these plans. Anybody know where I could lay hands on them? Thanks!
