Re: [bolger] David - Contact Info Nesting Dingies

Chuck, et al;
The most current address I could locate for Danny Greene is
from an October 1994 _Cruising World_ classified ad. It is:

Danny Greene,
OFFSHORE DESIGN LTD.,
P.O.Box 254,
Paget, Bermuda PGBX.

I know that he was a contributing editor at _Cruising World_
for a number of years and had designed several different nesting
dingies as well as larger vessels. I believe he was responsible for
the notorious "Outriggerous" canoe at the original "Quick and
Dirty" boatbuilding contest sponsored be Sitkaflex and
_Woodenboat_. Last I had heard, he had welded up a steel
bluewater sailboat of his own design and was preparing for
some extensive ocean cruising. As his trail is so cold, I imagine he
has deliberately withdrawn from any semblance of the workaday
life and sailed on over the horizon. Either that or he has actually
crossed the bar to Fiddlers Green. If someone is curious the cost
for postage to the address above may answer your questions. Or
maybe not....
Sorry that I couldn't find anything more,
david
