Re: [bolger] south Carolina Bolger builders?

Bob--I live in Columbia and I'm currently building a 19 ft Michalak design in my 2 car garage.

About 20 years ago I built a Light Schooner in the yard. Fabricated parts in a small shop and assembled the hull in the open--covered it up with a tarp when I wasn't working on it.

Good luck.

I would very much like to chat with anyone building a biggish Bolger ( or other desiners)
boat in Coastal South Carolina...Looking for a place to build the next Loose Moose...

I'm not in coastal South Carolina, but I'm hoping to sail my Chebacco down
that way. We're in the Shenandoah Valley (Virginia) It would be
interesting to talk about cruising grounds and maybe a place to store the
Chebaco near the water.
