did you read into my mind? I really guess that the competition
remains
confined between the WDJ and the AS29. The AS29 though appears a tad
more seaworthy, while the WDJ seems an almost perfect coastal
cruiser, yet able to go offshore on a fair weather perspective.

Chinese Gaff-Sloop rig combines 930 sq ft of sail with short spars!
39' x 16'6" x 1'4"/ 4'8"(bd dwn)
Disp 14,800lb
Thats all the info I have and worse I dunno where I got it.
PB sells plans.
I havve a profile/sail plan which shows:
Good looks, safety rails, terrific 360deg visibility, HR for 16ft each hull,
centre raised trawler like wheelhouse.
It looks expensive (but only cf other PB stuff), fast, safe, fun, dry and
warm, spacious.
Mast 40ft above deck. Kick up rudders. Gondola type bow.
Sail stretched out by 20ft boomkin angled back & up at 45deg.
Someone has put 3 build pics in the Vault. Ive added a profile and sail
plan.
Have a look, its a fascinating looking boat, very bold but not offensively
so.
Function wise it looks just fabulous.
All the best
