Re: Bolger catboats
-Camp Skiff is a fifty year old design by Howard Chappelle. If you
have seen Redwing in the last few issues of Woodenboat you will have
seen the latest iteration of the original design by Chappelle. See
files under the "woodenboat" site and check Chappelle designs.

Hi Bob,
Haven't come across 'Camp Skiff'. Is that a Bolger design?

Hi,
Some confusion in this article about which boat is which. I'm pretty sure that when Phil talks about 'Bobcat' in the last paragraph, he means the 15 foot odd 'Beachcat'.

Hi
I know he finished the Chebacco and has taken it down to Seattle at
least once, but I haven't seen it myself, or talked to Bill for a
long time. His Chebacco was heavily modified. The Fishcat or
Beachcat would probably have been given to his son -- haven't met him.
If I can scare up any details I'll pass them on.

I believe that's a typo. Bolger is actually referring to revisions
to Catfish Beachcruiser,http://www.instantboats.com/catfish.htm,
not the Bobcat.

I am on the verge of building the Bobcat, I ran across an aricle
about this boat and the Beachcat. The article described a revised
version of the Beachcat that was more ergonomical and looked more
like a regular catboat. Also the article described an update to the
bobcat plans. I was wondering if anyone knew anymore about this
