I don't know if PB&F still carry prints, but they seem to be very
accommodating to one and all if contacted. I have the plans in chapter 4 of
my rapidly deteriorating copy of Small Boats, (Phil's first book))
International Marine, 1973. Definitely out of print.

This is not an instant boat with panel expansions. You'd need a rigid
setup. The dimensions are metric. It's a nice little boat, isn't it?

If you can't get the book or the plans, I'll be glad to Xerox for you.
We'll see if they can be deciphered.
