Re: More Kingston Messabout Photos
There is one photo, titled "Mini Sneak cropped", with text "Mini
Sneak: 3.5 hp planing 250 lbs of skipper!"
I might be wrong, but when considering the location and weights of
skipper and outboard (and external tank?), my impression is that the
bow might be clear of the water already at rest. How is planing then
defined? One would need to know the draft and/or how the water flows
back to the transom to decide about "planing" or not.
As said: (like always): I might be wrong.

I have posted additional photos of the Messabout in Kingston.
Watch for my article in Duckworks Magazine.
The Messabout was a booming success thanks to Bruce Hector.
Thanks Bruce!
