I used latex on Landroval ( a martha jane) and so far am real happy with it.
Latex is a good UV barrier - which to me was significant. It's a soft finish
- but whenever I have dinged up the paint I just bring out the paint can and
touch it up in a few minutes. I've become a believer in latex porch and deck
paint. I agonized for a long time over what paint to use - and this simple
solution has worked real well. By the way - I just rolled it on with a short
nap roller.
