Re: 30 cargo motorsailer
Bruce,
I, too, try and do it with models. I don't seem to have the same
level of success that you do with your models... alas. BTW, I really
appreciate all the images you post of your model-building results.
It's very nice to see them 3-D. Some designs, I seem to be able to
visualize fairly accurately. Others surprise me when converted to a
3-D version.
Cheers,

I too dream of building essentially every one that I see,
and if I cannot do it full size,
I can try to do it with the models!
Thanks both for the follow up. Am I the only one who is dreaming of
building 50% of this guys designs. Problem si a boat like the
mortorsailer probably is prohibitive moneywise for me but what a place
to spend a cold winter day in the DC area.
Ah to dream!
Thanks again

Okay,
lost on another quest to gain info. Man I keep falling head over heals
for PBF boats.
Today I read something about a Bolger creation called the 30' Crago
motor sailer on the Woodenboat list. Has anyone ever heard anything
about it. Apparently it was built for a guy in Alaska somewhere but
that is all I know. But being a Bolger creation I know it is going to
bug me if I don't at least look at it.
And no, the library here has nothing on Bolger
