RE: [bolger] Re: Micro bulkhead option

As a new boat builder, I'm pleased to see from you all that "thinking
outside the box" is OK, and that just because a building idea isn't spelled
out on the blueprints it may be worth exploring. I'm building a Micro.
I've completed the bulkheads and butted the sheets of plywood together for
the sides using tape and epoxy. They came out great. The next big event
for me is to get this all screwed together. Each step a challenge. If
there were only more spare time.

I write to comment on the framing. I think it will lend character to my
cabin. I took a router to the edges and will eventually paint the frames in
a manner to make them stand out as trim.

I'm enjoying the exchange of information, please keep it up.
