I started my Micro Navigator project with a partially completed hull,
described as 90% complete. 600 manhours later, I launched. <g>. Bear
in mind that the hull is only about 1/3rd of the work of a boat, with
the finish work being another 1/3rd and the motor and/o rigging being
another 1/3rd and the trailer bunk/fitout/shakedown being another
1/3rd. YMMV, but details|details!
Gotcha!
Perhaps the hull is still available?

I am moving from Alexandria, LA (central Louisiana)on 1-5-06 and
cannot take my unfinished Micro hull, so it is yours for the taking.
The hull is basically complete and awaits the cockpit and cabin roof
installation. Bulkheads were built for a self-bailing cockpit.
Construction is 3/8" luan plywood sides and 1/2" SYP bottom. The
entire bottom and chines are sheathed with 10 oz. fiberglass cloth and
epoxy. The chines are additionally covered with 4" fiberglass tape.
The hull is sitting on a cradle with castors so it can be moved
around. You must pick it up by 1-5-06.

I will sell the plans and my "wish book" three ring binder with over
100 pages of Micro pictures and articles for $100 OBO.
