finishing systems?
Getting time to prime and paint parts of the Folding Schooner. I have
enough Florida Fibergalss Coatings epoxy on hand to complete gluing
and to coat the dagger boards, rudder, bottom boards and probably
inside the flotation chambers. Buying enough Epoxy to coat the 31 ft
boat inside and out is looking like a big expense to me and perhaps
overkill for the infrequent off the trailer use. The bottom of the
forward hull is epoxy and fibergalss and the bottom of the aft hull
is
MDO which already has a resin impregnated paper on it. Sanding and
finishing is not my strong suit, so workboat finish is called for. I
am looking for low odor, low voc, child friendly choices like latex
primer and house paint. Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated
