Hmmmppphhh!
So much for "The Land of the Free"! And here was naive me thinking that the
UK had the only interfering government in the World.
As far as I know, there's no such legislation in Scotland - but then who'd
want to live aboard in our dreich, windy climate? One guy tried it in the
Tay estuary, last year. He lasted about a couple of weeks. Most days he
couldn't get ashore because it was too rough for his tender!
