Trailers and towing.

Perhaps more important than the power of the engine is the construction of
the towing vehicle. If it has a proper chassis it can pull things without
damaging the body. However many cars these days are built using a monocoque
form of construction with few if any decent structural support members.
Pull too heavy a load and these simply stretch. Even doors may pop open in
some cases. Whatever else, if you wish to tow a heavy trailer make sure
that the towing vehicle is constructed with a chassis.
