These files show an upgraded version of what used to be "Loose Moose"
as described in "Boats With An Open Mind." It is being build in
Quebec, Canada. It has an bow that is very modified and antislap with
a build in boarding/swim platform.
It also has what is better described as a hard dodger rather than a
pilot house and does not clearly show how one navigates under it, but
the view looks great! Perhaps Peter Lenihan, who supplied the photos
could better explain how this all works. Also clarify for us how the
off-centerboard and sails are handled when under way?
I expect an AS29 could easily be built the same way.
I love that forward view from under the dodger, towards that huge
tabernacle.

Does anyone in the group know if either the AS29 or AS39 have received
the "Navigator" treatment Ala the Micro Navigator. I really like both
of these designs for a liveaboard, however I think it would be nice to
have an inside steering station for the damp and wet days on the
intercoastal and a pointed bow for the rougher water in the Carribean.
An anti-slap pad would also be a good additional. I know there are
