Re: Junk Rig Micro and Birdwatcher

Looks like that BWatcher could really use a jib or the mast moved a
bit forward..... a lot of weather helm? Thomas Colvin did a lot of
junk rigged sharpies and said they worked well and his didn't have
Bolgers pronounced rocker and self righting characteristics. No
reason why it wouldn't work if the mast tapered and was hollow and
the battens were sized correctly. Seems Micro would be awesome with
a junk sail main.
