Seriously, this launching is the most major Bolger boat launching to
happen in many years. Very impressive.
Well done! Congratulations.

It must be quite satisfying to have completed such a large and complex
design. My hat's off to you!

Yes I am taking reservations for this summer. Maybe I shouldn't
advertise here but if you are interested go to:

And for those unfamiliar with Fritz's web site and the details of his
incredible perseverance in completing this project

Great news. Congratulations!
The "Great Sea" (Double Eagle Design) will be launched on Wednesday,
April 26 at 1:00 PM at the Salmon River launching ramp in Gustavus,
Alaska.

Anyone is welcome to attend. If you are wondering about the name it is
from a quote by Xenophenes.

"The sea is the source of water and the source of wind; for neither
would blasts of wind arise in the clouds and blow out from within
them, except for the great sea, nor would the streams of rivers nor
the rain-water in the sky exist but for the sea ; but the great sea is
the begetter of clouds and winds and rivers".

The name also can mean "Great South East Alaska".
