Micro for sail (maybe, possibly)

Hello all.
I own a Canadian built Micro.
It is in very good shape built by a competent woodworker.
Rhode Island state registration. Boat, motor and trailer all legally
titled and registered for fast turnover.
Boat was sailed once around Lake Ontario then stored in barn by
builder who went on to restore a larger cruiser. Then I bought it.
Marine ply.
Epoxy paint.
New Galv long tongue trailer of ample size to easily trail it, was
bought new 1 year ago, never splashed. It is a perfect trailer that
was an extravavagance but I don't like breaking down on the road.
Second hand 8 HP Honda OB.
Safety gear.
Anchor, chain, rode.
Plans.
Mattresses.
Bronze portlights, cleats, blocks etc.

Here is the catch! You knew it was coming. The builder wanted to
have it unballasted with leeboards. Hence it has no ballast and a
skeg running to a shorter deadwood and rudder. So the boat needs the
ballast keel which is a simple plywood structure sandwiching 420
pounds of 1.5 inch thick lead (blocks) screwed tothe bottom. Easy for
a wood worker.

It also never had the spars finished. There is a wooden mast witha
home made main plus a non finished mizzen sail. They are not much
good.

So she needsa keel and spars and sails. Realistically not a lot.

I figure that seeing it is April, a motivated person could get this
together for early summer launch.

Now my situation. I am a yacht captain and will leave for 3 months
work Monday April 24, so I am motivated to show this boat to anyone
nearby who may want to close on this quickly. I can't see myself
using it enough and am not getting around to finishing it. I deal with
much bigger boat in my job and want a liveaboard

I am asking $6,000 but will consider offers. I think this is
reasonable as it is a great boat in perfect condition once the sails,
spars and keel issues are addressed. It is not as if you are getting
an old hull in poor shape. It is ready to go.

So what do you think? Am I dreaming thinking I can sell this quickly?
I am actually lookig at a cruising boat myself as my own situation has
changed.

Thanks and don't all call at once.
