Tennesee posted in bolger_study_plans_only

I created a folder named Tennesee there and uploaded the picture from
a July 06 issue of MAIB.

I wanted to put it in cartoons but that is filled. Seems to me there
are way to many pictures of completed boats in cartoons. If you
posted pictures there and agree w' me, please remove them.
