Micro in Rio Vista, CA

Bolgeristas,
I was in Rio Vista today and looking at the Fir, a
"retired USCG bouy tender moored opposite the town.
And, lo and behold, there was a Micro on a trailer.
It looks in good shape, but it also looks like it has
been there for a while. Anyone know about this boat?
The hatch seems to be fiberglass.
