PCB&F will sell you plans for Supermouse. The original Fieldmouse was in PCB's first book, Small Boats. It was an 8 ft pram and intended to be sailed on very small bodies of water.

Supermouse is a scaled up pram with a birdwatcher cabin. PCB&F haven't done a lot of small boat designs lately, but I think a Birdwatcher cabin would mate pretty well with Old Shoe. If it is not heresy to mention another designer on this forum, Jim Michalak has two plans which are similiar to Supermouse--IMB and Scram Pram.
