Modifications are quite extensive including fixed ballast, sponsons, higher
house, modified leeboards and modified rudders. Not all of the mods are
stability related. Appears Bolger used the occassion to generally tweak the
design.

Be warned: MAIB is mailed cheapest rate and delivered by your local
post office when they get around to it. I haven't received v18#2 yet.
A couple of times a year, I get two issues in the same mail. So
cultivate a relaxed attitude about delivery dates.
