RE: [bolger] Re: Chebacco for sale in Maine
My apologies to all. In spite of what I put in the earlier posting, after
conferring with my co-captain (should have done that to start) I have to put
a price on it of $3800. That only covers what I have in it. Which may
discourage you, but I hope not, the boat is still worth twice that. Sorry
for the misstep. - Bill

Yeah, so nice he jacked the price up a grand when he had an
interested party. So much for passing on the joy........
Oh well, Samantha and I were not meant to be.

You have to love those Chebaccos. What a beautiful boat.
The view looking back over the front port quarter is perhaps one of the most beautiful sheerlines ever. If you don't fall in love when you see that line you, I'm sorry but you just don't have a heart.
That's a very fair price. Heck, If I had $2800 lying around I'd drive over today.
I'm sure you'll find a buyer (though it must be hard to part with a girl so pretty).

Bolgeristas,
I'm building a new boat, so my solid keel long cabin cruising Chebacco is
for sale in Belfast, Maine. Built in 2003. The builder sailed it 1-2
seasons, I sailed it 1 season, then it sat out last year. See his great
article at
http://www.chebacco.com/articles/014/5/article.htm
It sails perfectly, it's in real good shape, no leaks, rot, etc. Just needs
some paint. It has Bondell sails, and it's on a new trailer. All for
$2800. I got it for a good price, so I'm passing on the joy. Email me.
