[bolger] Re: Old folding schooner

I would really like to hear about your boat, how it sails, what it's like to
trailer and rig and launch.

Hi rbsharp,

I was able to pick up a folding schooner almost completely built several
months ago. I am finishing up the boat now. Some final trim pieces, rudder,
boards, painting, sails,etc.

I am wondering which route you took on sails? Homemade or pro, kit or loft.
How about the cut, flat or draft? Are you happy with the boat, would you
change anything? I sure wish you lived in the San Francisco Bay area. It
would be great fun to race the folding schooner as a class.

Thanks brother folding schoonerite,
chuck.
