Re: Bolger Early Design

I don't feel like troubling the Master and Mistress on this. If you
were after the design to build, well, then they have plenty of later
ones they'd likely insist on.

If you were after it out of biographical/historical interest, which
is more the case here, well, PB is an historian.

BTW surely there must be a biographical book. Has anyone been
authorised to write it? (There doesn't appear much likelyhood of an
autobiography.)

I am curious too. Though, they do not have files on ''all'' of their
designs, with some missing especially these from 50+ years ago.
Why not send a fax to PB&F and ask them to look it up? They have files of all of Phil's designs. They might have a record of it.

Bolger was designing 'on his own' at that time I believe. Going from
memory, that boat looks similar to his design 'Alice', though I think
it could be a 'lost' design.

What is it?

This old 1954 magazine advert for sale on eBay features a Bolger
powered design at mid page. Sportfishing, big cockpit, inboard, pilot
house, some accomodation, rather conventional - looks like 28 feet
something to me (saved the pic and enlarged on pc viewer), but I can't
