request for plans - catboat in plywood - 20 to 25 foot

I have the Chebacco plans, but am looking for a good plywood plan set for a catboat in between 20 to 25 foot - any ideas / suggestions / links / contacts?

bolgers new skiff shows twin sails, but I don't understand. I looked through his small rigs book and it's not there. Boom, mast, two spars if that's the correct terminology. I like it because it looks junky, my favorite look for a sail. I need only one, not the twin setup. How is it rigged? Are the horizontal lines battens?
