I've seen the boat and pass by it regularly. It's on route 155 in Lee, NH. It is the one on caigslist at that link (the Light Schooner). Condition seems to be pretty much as written.

That one's 23ft. long, whereas the one Malcolm was referring to is
about 30' long. That would suggest it's a Folding Schooner, as
featured in the Bolger book of that name.
