Time to sell my Bobcat...

12' Cat rigged sailboat with trailer, spars, sails etc.
Built by a local boatbuilder, we would love to keep her, but with
three kids, and a fourth on the way there's just no time to sail her
or pay attention to her. No sugar coating here - she is in sailable
condition, but could use some work (aesthetic patch & paint mostly)
Based on Harold Payson's book "build the Instant Catboat" she has
sweet lines and is fun to sail:
