Re: 80% of a Tennessee

I forgot to mention, I compressed to to scale, not just lop off the last 6 feet.

I have dial-up and it's taking for ever to load the pic's so i'll do it tomorrow from work.
Well fella's, a couple month ago I got my Tennessee plans from Phil and friends.

I knew I wasn't going to built it exactly to plans, after all:

1-my shop is only 24' long.
2-my homeowners insurance will cover liability for any boat less than 26' and 25hp.
3-I want a different cabin arrangement.

So i decided to built it to 80% LOA, full width.

I stayed with 3/8" ply for sides, changed bottom to 5/8" all ACX. 'c' side out, 2oz glass and
epoxy on the sides, 6oz glass and epoxy on the bottom. I also modified the shear to follow
the a straight line in the stern, no 'step' like the plans call for.

I'm posting pic's in new folder called JRTA GUAM, 'Joking Refered to as GUAM't, after all,
GUAM is not a state (it's a protectorate), just like my boat is not a member of Phil's 'State
Series'. Plus, GUAM is smaller than the state of TENNESSEE.
