paint on epoxy

Did a few paint samples on my Nymph on Tuesday, over well cured Raka
epoxy. Checked them out today (Friday). California Paints
Troubleshooter exterior primer (100% acrylic latex) seemed very hard,
and I couldn't scratch any off with my fingernail, only with a key. I
also tried ExoRust oil based primer and oil based aluminum paint. The
primer didn't seem to have dried. One of the two places I tried with
aluminum paint seemed ok, though not as hard as with the primer, the
other a little soft.

We've had pretty good drying weather here the past few days.
