Try Google Images. It found this page (and several others):

It's easy to build; Payson estimates something line 24 or 48 hours and
that's about correct -- not counting painting and finishing, which will
take about as long as the building. Mine was built to plans. If I were
redoing it, I might fiberglass the bottom under the skids and the
sides, trading the extra weight for reduced maintenance and better
protection. I might also omit the foam in the watertight compartments
in the ends and put deck plates on instead, some waterproof storage.

I made a shorter leeboard 'cause there's lots of shallow water around
here, I think it was 3.5 instead of the designed five feet. It sailed
well even with the short board. It pounds a bit in the short chop that
builds up in 12-15 mph of wind, but nothing terrible. It will be wet
going to windward in those conditions.

It's an adequate rower, not great, but you will get by. I built mine
with a 2x4 projecting through the port side and bolted to the back side
of the aft bulkhead as a motor mount. It actually worked (it has to be
kept short because the board will drag if the boat heels enough) but it
was eventually cut off because a motor was rarely used.

A sailmaker who primarily did awnings and was not familiar with lateens
made the sail. I think it may have been cut too flat which hurt it's
light wind performance, but she could fly in stronger winds, even with
the reef in.

Despite it's narrow beam, I never flipped mine, which also suprised me
a bit!

I once sailed the prototype Dynamite Payson built. She sailed very
well and the rig is fun to experiment with. Being longer, she was much
faster than my Surf. You'll like Zephyr.
I am planning on building a bolger zephyr, has anyone built one? own
one? what do you think? how do they sail? any oppions or comments would
be welcome.
